When a user connects a Google account, Callvera may access the account email address, Gmail message content, message headers, sender and recipient information, and Gmail thread history. Callvera uses the information only for email features requested by the user: conversation display, customer-inquiry identification and classification, suggested-reply generation, and reply delivery after an explicit user choice.

Google User Data Sharing and Disclosure

Callvera does not sell Google user data.

We disclose Google user data only to service providers processing data on our behalf and only where necessary to operate user-facing features requested by the user. The providers are:

The providers process information under contractual confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations. Google user data submitted through the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve generalized AI models. We do not permit any service provider to use Google user data for advertising, independent profiling, sale, or generalized AI or machine-learning model training.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate security incidents or abuse, or as part of a corporate transaction where legally permitted and subject to appropriate notice or consent.

  • Cloud hosting, database, storage, and security providers used to securely operate the Callvera platform.
  • OpenAI, through its business API service, to process the limited email content necessary to classify inquiries and generate contextual reply drafts.

AI Processing

Callvera uses third-party AI processing services to analyze connected email content and generate user-facing classifications and suggested replies. Only the information reasonably necessary to provide requested features is submitted for processing.

Google Workspace data in raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived form is not used by Callvera or its service providers to create, train, or improve generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google API Limited Use

Callvera’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention and Deletion

Callvera retains Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the connected email features, meet legitimate security requirements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Users may disconnect their Google account and may request deletion of Google-derived data stored by Callvera by contacting support@callvera.ai. After a valid deletion request, applicable data will be deleted unless retention is required by law or necessary for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
